Bulahej Group is a diversified business group based in Abu Dhabi, established in 2007, operating across hospitality, engineering consultancy, real estate development, construction and technical services.
Through its subsidiaries and operational divisions, the group manages a portfolio of businesses that support property development, infrastructure services, hospitality operations and technical solutions. Its activities combine operational businesses with investment-driven ventures, allowing it to support projects from development and construction through to property management and service delivery.
With nearly two decades of operational experience in the UAE market, Bulahej Group continues to expand its business portfolio while maintaining a strong focus on quality services, long-term asset value and sustainable business growth.

Our history
How the group was built.
1997
Al Daayem General Contracting & Maintenance established, marking the beginning of the group’s involvement in construction and building maintenance services in Abu Dhabi.
2004
Al Sayyad seafood concept begins operations in Al Mina, Abu Dhabi, introducing a traditional fish market-style dining experience.
2007
Bulahej Group officially established to consolidate and manage the growing portfolio of family businesses under a unified corporate structure.
2007
Forth Worth Property established to support real estate development, leasing and property management activities.
2008 — 2017
Al Sayyad Restaurant expands through additional licensed branches across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, strengthening the brand’s presence in the hospitality sector.
2026 — Future
Digital transformation, smart property management and technology-driven services across all divisions.
Future outlook
